Q.Your shipping and processing rates seem high. Why?
A.Our shipping and processing charges include the costs of processing your order, handling and packaging for the products you have purchased.
We do have seasonal promotions which will occasionally include free freight. If you’d like to receive notifications for our shipping and other offers sign up for our newsletter.
Q.What is your shipping method?
A.Our preferred shipping method is UPS. Minimum shipping fee rate of $15.00 is applied to every order.
Q.Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Q.What’s your return policy?
A.Every Protexall garment is guaranteed to meet your complete satisfaction. We will exchange, correct or issue a credit on any defective item. Garments that have been worn, laundered or lettered according to your instructions are not returnable unless they are defective. Returns for size exchange or credit must be made within 30 days of shipping date. Garments shipped according to your instructions are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
